Join the team at Rhodes Wood Hospital School as a Teaching Assistant and be part of supporting the delivery of education to 8 up to 18 years with eating disorders to help build a brighter future.

You will work at an on-site Ofsted Registered school to support children and young people to continue with their education while in hospital. This helps to ease re-integration/transition to home when they are ready for discharge.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide on-hand support to teachers as they design and deliver classroom lessons. This will see you assist in the preparation for these lessons, ensuring the classroom has all materials required and supporting pupils to engage in the syllabus.

You'll be able to think creatively and build a strong rapport with the cohort, encouraging engagement and supporting their learning, behaviour and social skills progression.
