ALS People are recruiting a Sales Administrator for our client located in Doncaster DN4 5NU.

The role involves the following duties:
• Maintain and develop a computerised customer database.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone and email.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Handling correspondence and organising contact between the sales executives and their customers.
• Maintaining customer records.
• Receiving, progressing and monitoring enquires.
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
• Producing ad-hoc reports.
• Assistance with price increase process.
• Producing & distributing quotations.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Adaptable
• Intermediate level in Excel and Word.
