Job Description:
• Formulate business scenarios and use cases for the IT product assortment, including product introduction, specifications, and the necessary change management to optimize its value.
• Embrace and exploit innovative IT technologies and services, aligning them with business priorities and initiatives in the market.
• Conduct or collaborate with IT partners to analyze, design, and construct IT solutions/platforms that support process automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency.
• Identify security and compliance requirements related to business flows and ensure their integration into solution design.
• Ensure that new IT product introductions meet business requirements and maintain service quality, considering the cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems, pinpointing root causes, and proposing preventive actions.
