We have an opportunity for experienced Superintendent to join our team based in NSW.

Work structure:

8:6 roster, day shift and night shift. FIFO opportunities available.

Work location:

Predominantly Hunter Valley, NSW with operations spread across the country.

Responsibilities:
• Lead machine operator team
• Identify potential people for promotions or future leadership roles and provide them learning opportunities and coaching for the next level.
• Train new employees in company policies and processes regarding equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Establish and maintain an inclusive and diverse culture that provides a positive employee experience and retention of skilled people.
