To provide an effective administrative and clerical service in relation to Waiting List Management to ensure the smooth running of this service. Prompt and accurate input of patient details to appropriate waiting lists and booking of elective patients to H&N (Head and Neck) Surgery and General Surgery for all Lothian and national patients where applicable. Ensure confirmation of booking to reduce DNA rate and maximise theatre utilisation. Liaise with Bed Management/wards re bed availability for elective patients.
