PROPERTY MANAGER - WORKSOP

Martin and Co, one of the UK's leading letting and property management providers are looking for a Property Manager, ideally with a level of knowledge and understanding of the role, for its Worksop office. An efficient and proactive approach to a varied range of responsibilities, within a happy and supportive team, make for exciting days!

Those days invariably include a mix of some of the following:
• Manage a property portfolio to maximize office income including the retention of properties and clients.
• Manage and monitor all property maintenance issues proactively through to successful completion.
• Liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on properties.
• Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC's and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation.
