• Supervise and instruct kitchen personnel to prepare appropriate food as per request.
• Together with HOS and Dietitian, develop, implement and review inpatient menus periodically or when necessary
• To ensure all related reports update on daily basis.
• To monitor, check and do inventory of equipment and stock take by the end of the month
• To update food cost by early period
• To do a yield test on each menu
• To assist any other administration and accreditation requirement as when needed.
