Vacancy for the abovementioned required at Intl Food Processor. This strong leader will have a BSc Food Science or similar, extensive knowledge of BRC, FSSC 22000, IBL, min of 10 yrs exp within the food manufacturing sector, at least 6 yrs management experience. Responsibilities

Work with the General Manager to ensure the safety, legality, authenticity, integrity and quality of products.

Implement and manage the food safety and quality systems.

Management and authorisation of the documentation in the food quality system.

Update the quality system as necessary.

Report on technical matters to the Group Technical Manager.

Manage technical information and write various technical documents as required.

Ensure that finished product is produced to specification.
