PATH is seeking a Director—Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) for an anticipated $25-50 million, five-year U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded project, USAID Kitumaini 2030, which will work with the GDRC to deliver high quality, accessible HIV/AIDS services in focus health zones of Haut Katanga province to achieve HIV epidemic control.
