The specificity of the polio portfolio, classified as an emergency program, lies in the multiplicity of projects and budgets designed to support the different components of the program. The Financial Associate must navigate between the different budgets of the projects in the portfolio for which he or she will be responsible for daily maintenance, and have a sense of proactivity, pay close attention to detail, and handle the budget monitoring and control tool with dexterity.
