'- The job holder will gather customer insights, develop product requirements and manage the end to end delivery of tasks through agile project management.

- The job holder is responsible for maximizing value produced by the team, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders and supporting the Business Tribe Lead to deliver the customer journey roadmap.

Have a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of current processes and goals (for products in charge)

- Clear, detailed understanding of the competitive landscape (including strengths/weaknesses, development strategies of indirect competitors and international best practices); about the vision, goals, and trends of the product in charge in that context

- Ability to build new products/complex products involving many departments/different operations/fields;
