Job Description: Summary:

The Operations Center Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the assigned facility while providing direction and integrative coordination in the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Operations Center program.

Essential Functions:
• Prioritize operational issues as the real-time point of contact and implement creative solutions to solve problems as they arise.
• Resolving grievances and workplace issues to maintain and enhance a positive working environment.
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics to ensure compliance and integrity by training and providing direction to employees.
• Serve as Emergency Incident Commander during emergency or program-impacting events at the site; adhering to established FEMA-certified Incident Command System (ICS) protocols during business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
