Job Responsibility
• Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain
• Take a lead role on customer service & product display
• Check and replenish stock. Weekly stock reorder. Arrange stock neatly and tidily.
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially product display, product ironing, merchandising and cleanliness
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers
• Ensuring smooth store operation and management
• Managing all store operational activities (Cash protection, loss prevention, inventory, manpower)

Job Requirements
• Strategic location along Jalan TAR (located near to Sogo KL, public transportation, LRT Masjid Jamek station and LRT Bandaraya Station)
• At least 2-3 years experience in retail field (fashion is a plus)
• Able to work on retail hours and public holidays
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
