Job Purpose:
The Accounts Payable Assistant supports the maintenance of the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices and expenses are processed promptly. Responsibilities include processing purchase ledger invoices and expenses, collaborating with others within the accounts payable team, timely payments to suppliers and employees, resolving account queries, reconciling supplier accounts, and supporting the finance function of the fleet management division.
Accountability:
The Accounts Payable Assistant shares responsibility for the maintenance and accuracy of the purchase ledger.
