Responsibilities:
• Advising the Management team on project concepts, renovations and mall positioning strategy (prior to launch only).
• Being responsible and accountable or all lease management activities in the community mall.
• Determining the eligibility of prospective tenants, following government regulations.
• Implementing strategies to maximize rental, occupancy, and proposals on tent mixes.
• Meeting with clients to negotiate management and service contracts and to discuss the financial and operational status of properties.
• Directing the collection of all monthly assessments rental fees, deposits, payments of insurance premiums, incurred operating expenses, and other charges and miscellaneous income.
• Investigating complaints, disturbances, and violations, and resolving problems following management rules and regulations.
