Leadership
• Work closely with other sales team members

Sales
• Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets Aggressively prospect for clients and sell products
• Target profitable clients and businesses

Sales & Marketing Strategy
• Lead in commercial and consumer sales in the operational area
• Implement company sales, marketing and distribution strategy within operational area Increase sales on a monthly basis
• Implement/track, organizational marketing and promotional activities within areas

Distribution and Retailing
• Identify and onboard sub Distributors and Retailers in the operational area

Service Delivery
• Offer world-class customer service to clients
• Achieve an excellent rating in mystery shopping reports
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their unique preferences
