Your new role

Our client is looking for a Reception and Administration Support Assistant to join their team.

The job involves providing administrative support to various departments, keeping records of tankers going off-site, managing visitors via the barrier system, receiving deliveries, and directing incoming calls from the main phone line. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring proper filing and record keeping and other administrative tasks as required.
