At Mercedes Benz of Tonbridge our Business Managers are the driving force behind the success of our sales team.

Our Business Managers play an essential role within the dealership from coaching and development through to assisting management in planning and forecasting trends. You will also act as a role model for customer service excellence for the team, always leading by example. You will develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers and coach and motivate the team to do so too.
