Ensure that Sea freight jobs are registered and controlled from acceptance stage till completion & making sure documents related to shipment movements are filed in job folders / e-docs folder.Good knowledge on Sea export, Sea import, cross trade and Sea import / export clearance.Handle all Import clearance & delivery jobs from the start till completion of job and updating customers simultaneously.Co-ordinating between various stakeholders within the division for timely submission of job folders for invoicing & closingOpening new jobs for cash and credit customers in Cargowise with all details updated.Getting required approval for opening jobs under cash control account and collecting payment in advance or upon completion of job.Co-ordinating between operational staffs, vendors & outsource accounting team for invoice submissions & sorting discrepancies.Reviewing job cards before invoicing.Any other job that may be assigned by the Assistant manager operation.
