• Attend customers at the sales office, answer their queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Respond to customers and follow up on sales enquiries using appropriate method
• Generate sales leads, and coordinate with existing salespeople from the developer
• Update Customer Feedback in ERP
