**Position Title : Accounts Manager**
• *Industry : Manufacturing (Injection Molding Related)**
• *Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru**
• *Salary Range: Up to RM8000-RM10000**
• *Job Summary**:
• *To deal with banks & certain related government departments (e.g. MBJB, JPJ, Inland Revenue Board, Sales Tax Department, etc.) and assist Directors in maintaining proper accounting records, preparation of financial reports, cash flow management, budgeting, taxation and provision of financial advice.**
• *Duties and Responsibilities**:
• *Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)**
- Follow up with the bank to ensure bank balance is up to date and make sure that real time information is given to MD & relative departments (e.g. Marketing & Shipping department,purchasing department, etc.).
- Ensure no omitted sales & purchases invoices and bank & cash payment voucher before updating account record and making payments to suppliers.
