Our Client is looking base in Knysna is currently seeking a Culinary Host to join their dynamic Food and Beverage Team.

The main purpose of the role is to deliver excellent guest services through the management of guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives. You will be responsible to oversee service in the various Food and Beverage outlets.

To succeed in this role you will need:
• Matric
• Hotel Management Qualification (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same or similar role in a luxury hotel environment
• Familiarity with Micros
• Quick decision making skills
