Duties & Responsibilities

Execute activities required in the plant, both the mechanical and electrical departments, and assisting during shifts.

Performance Outputs

Clarity of purpose and direction
• Provide basic electrical, fitting, hydraulic, fabrication, and welding skills and services in order to maximize plant reliability

Structure, Alignment and Focus
• Contribute to cost control by working efficiently and using resources and spares optimally
• Actively pursue and implement cost reduction initiatives

Effective Leadership Culture
• Ensure compliance with regards to safety training and adherence to procedures, policies, safety rules and regulations
• Attend plant safety meetings

Business processes, Systems and Resources
• Perform duties as per maintenance schedule
