General Affairs

Collect and provide information on operating expense, investment & fixed assets, production volume to manage Supply Chain

Manage HR information on personnel & organization, and work hours & holidays

Communicate with the Labor Union

Hire contract employees and 3rd parties

Administer and manage contracts with outsourced vendors, local governments and external organizations

HSE

Take care for the health and safety of employees as well as for environmental protection

Identify and evaluate the needs to ensure HSE compliance with Japan local laws and regulations, on a regular basis. ▪Delegate the duties and define the tasks according to local procedure (e.g. Management of Change, regular maintenance and inspection, environmental controls), programs or systems in compliance with Japan local regulations and international standards
