We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a fantastic care home near to Watford
• Competitive salary of £23,000 - £32,000 yearly DOE

The Role:
• Work closely with the Registered Home Manager, deputy managers and care team to effectively run the service
• Promote a positive culture in line with the company ethos and values
• Provide inspired leadership to the team ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients
• Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team
• Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
