Prospecting and qualifying leads from cold calls.Reaching out to potential clients in the UAE and other locations to increase sales.Following up with potential customers to facilitate sales.Effectively understand the client's requirements.Keeping track of all attempts to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful.Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company's reputation.Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.
