In your new role you will:
• Site DL/IDL headcount consolidation & planning
• Site Lead of CALP & Shutdown program
• Support digitalization program & auto report in related to RP function (output, mc status, headcount report).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering, production engineering, supply chain management or related field.
• Capable to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Basic knowledge on Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SAP will be advantage.
• Good communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Critical and analytical thinking with good problem solving skills.
• Good communicate in English.
• 5+ year experience in manufacturing field
