In your new role you will:
• Execute and meet on time delivery commitment towards internal and external customers while optimizing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• Proactively involve in operational support and drive improvements in key areas on WIP flow and Cycle time management.
• Perform gap analysis, highlight issues and seek support for potential risks on meeting key performance indicators.
• Close interface with Production, Equipment Engineering, Demand Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Factory Integration teams to ensure production capacity is optimized.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
• Duration 0-3 years, with experience in manufacturing in a factory will be an advantage
• New graduate are welcome.
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Program such as Power Point, Excel ,Word.
