Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - HR & Admin at DialTex located in Katunayake. As an Assistant Manager - HR & Admin, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, and compliance. You will also oversee administrative tasks, such as facilities management, vendor management, and policy implementation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
