Job Title: HR Business Partner – Temporary 12 months

Location: Remote based in Portugal.

Terms: Permanente Contract / Full-Time 40h weekly

Salary: Monthly Gross 30.000 Euros (Includes 2 Holidays Allowances)

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 09h00 to 17h30

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month Maternity leave Contract. Due to the company growing, there is the possibility of this being extended.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to our organization,

with a specific focus on Portuguese labour law, policies, and procedures.

This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of local labour regulations and the ability to effectively navigate HR issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record in partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
