As our Production Team Leader, reporting to our Production Manager you will be responsible for a Plant Area and shift team based at our site in Wollaston. Your previous experience in a similar position in the chemical industry will enable you to motivate and lead a productive team. You will be an effective people manager able to demonstrate how you align your team and their performance to ensure delivery of the department and business goals.

Given the nature of the environment, your focus will also be on maintaining a safe working environment for all and working to all legislative requirements.

You will also be required to support your Line Manager and when opportunities arise, deputise for them in their absence. You will also work with your peers to take responsibility for Main Site incident Control on a rotational basis.
