Hybrid role with our HQ in Wollaston, UK

As our new Commercial Counsel, you will be one of our go to experts for legal advice on commercial and contractual issues across our business. You’ll be helping the business to navigate complex legal issues and overcome the challenges that it encounters, including devising mitigation strategies for legal risks.

You’ll be working with global and international Commercial, Sales and Procurement stakeholders to develop an efficient and scalable approach for building multi-jurisdictional customer and supplier/partner arrangements including guidance, templates, checklists, training and supporting technology.

Working closely with our global teams, you’ll be collaborating on ongoing operational matters and integration initiatives, including compliance, real estate, EESG and corporate governance.
