Our client, an agricultural company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced HR OFFICER to help with the operations of the company.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR within the company including providing operational and administrative support for the effective management of the company's human capital. He/she will also perform the following duties.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

· Address employee concerns and conflicts by providing guidance and resolutions.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies by promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
