Redstone are seeking a Care Manager to join a leading aged care facility in Traralgon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management and coordination of care services within the facility
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations
