The School/role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who can take on a full-time on-going job role in a brilliant SEMH school in Oldbury that supports KS3 & KS4 children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SEMH school settings with a strong ability to manage challenging behaviour and support SEMH difficulties.

The candidate for this role will be experienced supporting SEN children alongside children with a range of different academic attainment levels. This will require patience, commitment and the ability to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment.
