The role is responsible for providing data consultancy services which support our range of CCH software products. These services will involve data transformation, SQL scripting to our customers bespoke requirements.

The role requires enthusiasm and self-motivation with excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse and translate customer requirements into tangible output. As a customer facing consultant - taking a consultative approach to all interactions, the key objectives of the role are:
• Delivery of data migration and manipulation services.
• Data extraction from customer databases via scripts and software tools.
• System data analysis and provision of formal quotes for bespoke services.

The role will involve working with multiple teams and departments to provide exceptional service to our customers. Services are delivered remotely to a tight timeframe and requires excellent customer management skills to ensure the best customer experience.
