*Role: *Senior Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Home (Learning Disability)
• Location: *Ilkeston, Derbyshire
• Hours: *40hrs
• Salary: *£12.58 per hour (£25,512.24 a year) to £13.33 per hour (£27,033.24 a year)
• Roles & Responsibilities of Senior Residential Support Worker:*
• Work in a team in order to support and implement the development of the children’s home.
• Enhance and effect change to the good of all children with whom they work by acquiring the necessary skills through their own training and development.
• Be an effective member of the Support Worker team.
• Ensure that the young people’s needs are recognised and met.
• Assist the management in the home in compliance with OfSTED, legislation, and the ethos and policies of the company.
