AMOT, or the Army Museums Ogilby CIO (formerly the Army Museums Ogilby Trust), was established in 1954 to promote and foster regimental and military tradition through the establishment and maintenance of regimental and army museums. This support is now provided by AMOT through grants, advice, advocacy and conferences to collections and archives which tell these stories. AMOT engages with young people through education and youth organisations, with servicemen and servicewomen, veterans and the wider public to increase understanding of the British Army and the relevance of its heritage today.

Responsible to: Business Manager AMOT (or, in their absence, Chair AMOT)

Salary: £28,000 pro rata 2 days per week (£11,200)

Hybrid working, home/office-based to include 1 day per week at AMOT offices in Camberley

Initial contract: 6 months
