This is a full-time onsite role as a Chef at Hideaway Kitchen located in Batley’s Redbrick Mill. As a Chef, you will be responsible for daily food preparation and presentation, ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Opening and closing of the kitchen in a safe, clean and organised manner.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and learn new recipes and cooking styles
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience More Detail
