Our Client, one of the world’s largest Lifesciences organizations, with headquarters in Switzerland, is currently looking for

a Facilities Manager with previous experience in regulated environments (GXP/GMP) and a professional level of German & English.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Assuming responsibility for the building

• Independent handling/participation in projects in the areas of health, safety and environment as well as proactive collaboration with the customer on corresponding projects

• Identifying solutions for customer requests and coordinating with users

• Communication, among other things, of malfunctions or maintenance work and information relevant to the building

• Participation in the development, adaptation and introduction of standards, processes and documentation

• Collection and maintenance of CAFM-relevant data
