Our client, a global key player in Life Sciences industry, is looking for a Sales Analyst to provide data-driven commercial insights to senior management and enable global field excellence team in Europe & USA.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales managers to refine territory boundaries, and maintain and update territory master data
• Setup and update sales incentive documents, and develop and maintain a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track territory performance
• Design and develop intuitive dashboards to visualize territory performance metrics, utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Extract and analyze data from CRM databases to generate insights into territory performance
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations
