Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sustainability at Norlanka Manufacturing Thambalagamuwa located in Trincomalee. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable person to lead and implement sustainable initiatives throughout the company. The Executive Sustainability will be responsible for devising and executing sustainability related projects, monitoring and analyzing sustainability metrics, and communicating sustainability progress to stakeholders and customers. He/she should handle the Higg FEM assessment of the factory as well.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sustainability field or sustainability-related role
• Proven track record of implementing successful sustainability initiatives and programs
