Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesman at Fashion Park, located in Trincomalee. As a Salesman, your day-to-day tasks will include promoting and selling fashion products, assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge and recommendations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. This is a hybrid role, meaning that the majority of work will be in the store, but there is flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus
