EIT Training Program Summary
• 18-month rotational training program
• 9 months at each mill
• Graduates offered permanent assignment to an Operation of Company’s choice at the end of the program based on performance (not guaranteed).
• Assignments would be based on business need and technical fit, personal preference taken into consideration.

• Build our internal bench strength at the junior level
• Foster professional & personal development
• Encourage technology and business knowledge transfer
• Bridge Mentees gap between theory and practice
• Match experience, skills and qualifications of the Mentees with Mentors

Roles & Responsibilities
• Executive Sponsor / Talent Development (Corp HR)
• Facilitate effective mentoring relationships
• Monitor effectiveness of the mentoring program
• Mentor
• Coach, Train, Support
• Available resource to for ongoing feedback and guidance
• Mentee
• Take initiative by interacting with mentor (schedule regular meetings, etc)
