Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Provide prompt and quality technical support to end-users, email, MS Teams and Service Desk system

- Conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshoot issues with computer equipment, printers, access points

- Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate first-level issue resolution

- Communicate with ISP providers

- Collaborate with other IT engineers to solve complex technical problems

- Keep records of equipment, engage in the selection and purchase of equipment

- Controlling and monitoring services and network

- Contacting and cooperating with external suppliers

- Maintain all infrastructures
