• Responsible for creat/ revise and manage the maintenance plan (Preventive/ Predictive/ troubleshooting), machine check sheet, work instruction for maintenance task list.
• Spare part order & manage to ensure safety stock.
• Provide and carry out emergency repair to ensure minimum machine downtime.
• Participate and implement machine’s continuous improvement project.
• Work closely with Process, EHS, Production, QA and other departments to provide information and technical support on daily operation and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Deeply study the equipment status, analyze the potential safety and breakdown factors, then optimize the maintenance plan.
• Provide technical support for new projects, including equipment updates.
• Responsible for making the safety technical measures plan and hidden danger rectification plan of the Mechanical parts of equipment, and timely checking and implementation.
