United Exports is looking for a Production Manager with practical experience of the entire production process from plant to harvest specifically in Blueberry farming to join the team at one of our farms in either Ranfontein, Randburg, Vaalwater or Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be a manager with a proven track record working in a commercial, multi-tiered, technology driven organisation who has a progressive attitude towards implementing and maintaining world-class farming standards and procedures.

Key Performance Outputs:
• Strong team leader with good leadership traits in order to motivate teams
• Ensure compliance with all audit and legislation requirements
• Implement horticultural best practices to ensure production targets are achieved, as agreed upon and instructed by the Estate Manager
