We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic Sous chef to work with us at The Lamb.

We have built an excellent reputation here, with a passion for freshly prepared, often locally sourced food. We change dishes on the menu each month with weekly specials each weekend with a big focus on game and offal. We have a great team here at the Lamb who have all been with us a long time who are looking forward to welcoming a new addition to the brigade.

Requirements for Sous Chef
• Previous experience as a sous chef, or as CdP looking for the next step up.
• A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of cooking and preparation.
