What You Will Do
• Responsible for new product development, product evaluation and product modification.
• Responsible to test on alternative raw materials.
• Refine chemical products to improve their quality
• Production and QC support.
• Constantly review and analyse product quality performance and take appropriate action for continuous improvement.
• Complete all R&D projects, compile data & analyze test results within the set time-frame.
• Attending to technical complaint and conduct investigation.
• Ensure proper working area housekeeping (clean, systematic and machinery hygiene) and punctual reporting and documentation.
• Stay informed on updates of NPRA cosmetic regulations and communicate relevant information to the R&D team.

What You Should Have
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/post graduate diploma/professional degree in engineering (bioengineering/biomedical), engineering (chemical), biology, biotechnology, chemistry or equivalent.
