Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager to oversee all tax matters related to their Vietnam Business. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company operates within the tax framework and complies with all regulations and requirements. Shuttle bus is provided during the time working.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tax Compliance

• Oversee and ensure Tax (VAT/ PIT/ Customs etc.,) across all entities and locations of the Business in Vietnam.

• Keep abreast of changes in regulations that may impact the company's operations.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

2. Licensing and Permits

• Manage the process of obtaining and renewing licenses, permits, and registrations required for the Business operations.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses and permits, ensuring they are up-to-date.
